WICHE's Certifying Officer, Louise Lynch, administers Arizona's participation in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) Professional Student Exchange Program. She counsels applicants, determines eligibility requirements for interested students, and coordinates Board activities with WICHE's main office. In addition, Louise monitors the annual WICHE program budget and oversees the compliance of all accounting transactions and student obligations related to the program.
