1. FY 2008 Capital Development Plan Amendment to add the Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure Project Plan (UA)

The University of Arizona requests approval of the FY 2008 Capital Development Plan (CDP) Amendment, as required by Board Policy 7-107(B). The amendment incorporates a list of eight Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure projects into the CDP. Of the eight projects, only the Cooling Tower Replacement project cost exceeds the Board policy limit of $2 million requiring Capital Committee and Board action.

2. Combined Project Implementation Approval and Project Approval for Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure Project Plan (UA)

The University of Arizona requests combined Project Implementation Approval and Project Approval for the Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure Project Plan that includes eight projects. Of the eight projects, only the Cooling Tower Replacement project cost exceeds the Board policy limit of $2 million requiring Capital Committee and Board action.

3. Sale of $10 Million in System Revenue Bonds for Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure Project Plan (UA)

The University of Arizona requests approval for the sale of one or more series of SRBs to produce sufficient proceeds not exceeding $10 million to finance the Deferred Renovation, Building Renewal and Infrastructure Project Plan, and associated costs and necessary actions. The sale is scheduled for January 2007, and will be combined with previously approved SRB issuances for the Student Recreation Center Expansion, Hazardous Waste Facility Enclosure, and West Stadium Renovation for the Tree Ring Lab.
